"We got a coupon in the mail for Pizza Schmizza in Eagle Point. Not having eaten there before, we decided to go there for lunch. We waited until 1 PM so we would miss the lunch crowd. When we got there, there was only one person there waiting. We didn 't have to wait to order so we figured this was going to be pretty quick. I ordered a large one topping pizza with the coupon and a coupe of drinks. I gave the employee a 20% tip up front and figured we would get some attention while there. It took forever to get our pizza. We waited over an hour. When we finally received the pizza there were only 8 small 1/2 pieces of sausage on the entire large pizza. $30 for a cheese pizza and two drinks even with a coupon. This is ridiculous! During our hour plus wait, the employee never once came by our table to see if we needed anything or to let us know when the pizza would be ready. Don 't even go there and use a coupon, they will short you on the topping to make up for it. Don 't give a tip until you are finished. They don 't deserve a tip. I should have asked for a refund of mine. First and LAST time we 're going to Pizza Schmizza in Eagle Point."

"I ordered and paid for 2 crunchy doubles (drive through) a caramel frappe with extra shot of espresso, and z leg diet coke. When I got to pick up window I was informed they can't put an extra shot of espresso in my caramel frappe. The manager took my name (did not write it down) said she write it in the book and I could get a free caramel frappe with an extra shot of espresso on my next visit. No offer of a refund what-so-ever. Got home and discovered I only had one order of crunchy double (double cheeseburger+6 piece chicken nugget one very old single cheeseburger+4 piece chicken nugget. Totally ripped me off with no shame in their game. Oh only 1 straw for 2 drinks. Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Buyer beware!!"

"they have a whole new crew at midday time, they put themselves with names on the laufwerk thru loudspeaker very helpful with asking and special assignments and if they are short personal, let them know, before they run behind and do best there. In the past, I have avoided it because it is waiting in a 30 minute drive or more unacceptable. now less than 10 minutes or less very big change. bravo"

"tammy the bartender is the most rude and unkindest man ever. she has absolutely no class and treats many males with decain. it acts as if it owns the place and for what it is paid, it makes no sense that it is so cruel. every day is a bad day for them and it shows. they stay away from this place when she works. the owner/manager, ben, will not fix the problem, hmmm. they don't know how many mules have complained bitterly, no one likes them, that's safe. but her heart is supreme! She sinks the ship that is safe."
