"Absolutely horrible. First off the guy was rude took absolutely forever and was looking at his phone. He then ate a candy from my freakin carvalanche Who the hell does that?!?!!? Then he made my order wrong refused to remake it and charged me for the reeses in my damn carvalanche when they are part of the order free.... then argued with me over it. I will be disputing the charge with my card company. I am spreading word to people to avoid this location"

I have know Al the owner at this Carvel for many years. He is kind, respectful, and always has a smile on his face. I love getting all of my birthday cakes from him.

Carvel makes the best icecream cakes. We have ordered cakes from other places and they are never as good. There is something about the chocolate crunch in the center and the rich creamy frosting that is always perfect for special occasions.
