"I liked that it was dark and quiet and there was a coat closet. The dolls and ducks displayed are interesting. The staff was friendly. The salad was the best part. I loved the house dressing. The bread was dry, but I enjoyed the concept of freshly baked bread. My father loved the ham and bean soup. We brought my soup home and they added more beans to it and moved it to a container for us. I appreciated the attention to detail. I wasn't a fan of the fried avocado and chipotle ranch, but Mom enjoyed it. It was a lot of food. I thought my salmon was okay, but missing flavor. I think a nice hollandaise sauce and some curry would perk it up a bit. My french fries were good. My father's steak was a lot better once pepper was added. Mom was a fan of the house Italian as well. We were all ready to be rolled out if there Violet style."
