"Went on a Tuesday afternoon around 6pm, not crowded at all , one person ahead of us. Cashier who took our order was very nice helpful, told us the variety of seasonings, we got mild garlic butter w a lil bit of old bay, they have the crab legs in a freezer behind them, weighed them up, go a pound of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, larges broccoli, and sausage ! Took about 30 min, when we opened our trough of food everthi g looked delicious! It was well seasonwd and i got some good breaks w my crab legs, the just pulled out the shell! One of our fav places togo to when we wanna get seafood wasted. Will be going back for sure. The restaurant was clean and service was great!"

"If zero stars were possible, this restaurant would deserve it. JUSTIN is inexperienced and rude. The food served here is often cold and burnt, accompanied by a hefty dose of unpleasant attitude. I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for over 30 years, as I grew up in the area. I believe that this restaurant should strive to provide top-notch service for its customers, who deserve nothing less. I hope that JUSTIN can improve his customer service skills and provide better food quality in the future."

"I haven't been to Red Lobster in forever, but I feel like it's a custom to visit when I'm in the south and visiting my amazing family. First off I want to start off by saying I wanted to take my new best friend, Josh, with me. Please give that wonderful man a raise. The best waiter I've had in years, and I've had incredible waiters. He worked it, I didn't even recognize the establishment was just the TWO waiters, on a Saturday.. He was so charming, and patient. He actually stayed just to give us the best service ever. We are all indecisive, but also just engaged in long overdue conversation, he just patiently waited along, served us drinks charmed us with his personality. The food was hot and fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection. The buttery cheese biscuits were on point as they always are, the way I remember. I finally was old enough to order something besides a Shirley Temple, so I had a less sweet Margarita, great. My Grandaddy ordered a long Island Iced Tea, he only needed one. ; The mussels were tasty, the broth was my favorite. I had fried shrimp, scallop screwers, salmon, and mashed potatoes. My Auntie had the sesame salmon with the quinoa, brussel sprouts, and edamame. She said everything was fantastic. Someone else had a baked potato, shrimp scampi, I think a mixed Seafood platter, everyone was quiet afterwards because we were all enjoying our meal. .."

"This is a 24 hour establishment. However. You'll be lead to beleive they're closed when you pull up to drive through after the sunsets or before it rises. As noone comes to the speaker for minutes at a time. 3rd time over the course of 2 months coming todrive thru between 2 or 4 am and waiting over 4 minutes before myself and other cars pull off. This particular morning I pulledup to the speaker waited and pulled around to the window where a drive thru employee was handing a door dash order to a customerat the window. I pulled up to the window and asked if they were closed as I'd been waiting at the drive thru speaker to begreeted responded to for 4 1/2 minutes. The drive thru attended said they were open just short staffed. I drove back aroundto the speaker and was told they don't have the breakfast burritos and other breakfast items that are ON THE MENU Board. Overall1 star for my 3rd visit and experience. I would not recommend this location for food, taste, customer service. . Yeah keepdriving family. To another location. Or just scrambled some eggs at home."
