Today, Mr Constantinos surpassed himself. I have the best I can imagine in a huge restaurant. Filet served by lamb on the hot stone. So delicate that it literally decomposes on the tongue, tastefully so finely tuned and with it foil potato with quark and herbal butter... I'm excited and I'll go there more often.
