"My husband asked for the card that supposedly didn’t work to check it himself. When she retrieved it, we noticed that the card number did not match the number on the receipt she provided. When questioned about the mismatch, her response was simply, “I don’t know, I thought that was weird.” We ended up paying the remaining balance with a different card and left. Later, we called the number on the gift card and confirmed it was indeed active and had a full balance. If my husband hadn’t asked for the card back, we would have been shorted $25. This experience is unacceptable, and it feels like she intended to keep the card for herself after our departure if we didn't sense something was off...

Omg one of the best chili's ever I came all the way from queens New York on vacation with my boyfriend the customer service is amazing here great people I highly recommend going here they are very friendly

My agenda at 3:30 pm Sunday was to catch the end of the Patriots game and split. To my surprise, they had good Vermont beer on tap, and given the 3 large screens behind the bar devoted to football I was lured into staying. Got soup/salad/salsa a.y.c.e. for about the same price as my 22oz bev $9. Friendly, attentive staff encouraged me to return.
