"I normally love chilis and usually the service is great. My friend who just got home from her flight was hungry and so was I so we decided to stop in. It was father 's day, and we could tell they were short staffed so we totally understood the wait. Both of us are in the service industry and know what it 's like at a restaurant. The server got our drink and food order and never came back. We never got our appetizer and eventually asked for it to go since we no longer wanted it. Do you want to see how inept people can be at there job? Go here, and they want a living wage. A living wage takes more than just demanding it, it takes dedication to the job you are performing.

VERY slow service compared to their other locations. We were a party of 4, and waited almost an hour after ordering for our food to arrive (two of those dishes were just a side salad and a cup of chili). One of the dishes was brought out almost 20 minutes before the others, so that food was cold by the time we were all ready to eat. Then, it was another long wait until we were able to get our bill. We barely saw our waiter the entire time. Overall, we spent 3 hours at this restaurant. Definitely will not be returning to this Chili's location.
