"I had a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle in Littleton, Westford, Massachusetts. The manager was extremely disrespectful and rude, constantly making mistakes with my order. I will never order from this location again; it was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The manager's behavior was unjustified and unprofessional. This place definitely needs improvement, particularly in terms of staff management. I cannot recommend this Chipotle at all. It was truly the worst!"

I had a terrible experience at the Chipotle in Littleton, Westford, Massachusetts. The manager was extremely disrespectful and rude, and my orders were repeatedly incorrect. I will never order from this location again; it was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The manager's behavior was uncalled for and really disappointing. This location clearly needs improvement in both staff and management. I cannot recommend this Chipotle at all—it was the worst!

"Thanks Nick and the entire staff at Evviva Cucina. Had the meatball appetizer and the pappardelle pasta, both are amazing. The family had every personal pizza. That was great because each of them likes something completely different. Our daughter had the Margherita pizza with bacon, son had the pollen frito (a bbq chicken pizza), and woman had the pollen (a white pizza with chicken). Children had the Gelato for Dessert. The partner/owner Nick is interesting to see. I literally watched him get the garbage out, served food, coming tables from the kitchen, cheese for a customer, a table and much more in just 10 minutes time frame. Here's the interesting one. His employees did their jobs well. The best way I could describe how he worked is servant leadership. He sets the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as high as possible."

"We weren't expecting much. Just a quick bite and a drink at the bar but we were pleasantly surprised with everything. It was pretty busy but we found two seats right away. (Saturday around 8). Top quality food and service. We split the seafood scallion pancakes (stuffed with large chunks of seafood) and a bibimbap bowl. Delicious. We planned on getting the pork tacos but we were just too full. Our bartender was perfection and very attentive. Even the bus boy asked us if everything was up to par as he walked by. There was live music and he was fabulous. It ended up being a great night."

"karmas vegetarian crispy ma-po tofu is the best I ever had for real. the tofu is so perfect crispy and packs so much taste. I love the Bento boxes that they can get during the lunchtime comes with a suppe, a appetizer, sushi and rice or lo my in addition to their main course. so good. I would eat here twice the week if I could and I would never get sick of it."
