"I would like to thank Fernando for his exceptional customer service. Yesterday my husband returned from a long mission and the only thing he wanted was Chipotle. I knew he would come home at the closing time, so I called the shop and asked if I had paid online if I could pick up our order after 10:00. Fernando did us a better and offered us not only to keep our food, but to give us generously our meal as a thank you for the service of my husband. So thanks Chipotle for supporting your soldiers, and especially thanks Fernando for returning my husband special by waiting his favorite meal for him, it was appreciated more than I can ever explain!!!"
