"6pm, 10+ people in line (and growing) with one person making the meals. I was the 6th person in line and couldn't help but stare at my clock. Unfortunately, it took 25 minutes to get to me, that's with one person only ordering a bag of chips. Three other employees kept peeking around from the back but not helping the employee out front. Finally, two came out to help when they got to the person behind me. They were out of steak then someone finally came out and put some on the grill. I guess I'm used to always seeing fresh food cooking on a Chipotle grill especially at dinner time..Whoever owns this Chipotle really needs to check in on their business and probably be present to help. 1st server had mask under her chin, 2nd server under his nose. Both pulled their masks up at my request (after breathing on food) and changed their gloves. Food was fine. Would not eat there again due to lax masking enforcement by management. Sorry I didn't leave today.

The mask requirement on the entrance is a joke how do you expect customers to follow it when the employees won’t? One woman had a mask on her chin and no gloves on while scooping chips into bags. A customer brought her dog in and was holding him up right by the food while ordering and the employees said nothing. This place is gross.

I ordered online and picked up my order. When I came home, the command was completely wrong. what the sticker said on my bowl was completely different from what was inside. I tried to chat with pfeffer online and get “Page not found” error. I tried to call the load to get my money back, but they literally can't go through. it's just an automated message that says to go online and talk to pfeffer that I've been trying for half an hour. incredibly frustrating and now I'm just out of the money.

"we were looking forward to link pin, but we were a bit disappointed. the dining areas are welcoming and clean. we sat in an escort with a high deck where most of the tables were occupied. it was unusually loud to take away from the experience. our server wasn't really rude, but he wasn't friendly either. I expect the server to be at least friendly. our table for two was too wavy during our meal, when a stack of folded paper worked, it is out under one of the legs. that was really irritating as I had to keep my feet on the platform for the rest of the meal to keep the table before josing our drinks and teller. that should not be done in a nicer restaurant. we ordered truffles as an appetizer. they were warm and limp. crispy heissfries are not difficult to prepare or serve. we also did not like the taste of the sauce or aroma on the fryed. there was a beanie oil in the bottom of the frying pan. the two entrees we ordered were an salate with chicken meat and the general Tso’s cauliflower. the part of the chicken at the salat was very small. the salate had a good part of the fresh salad. the high point of the meal was the general tso cauliflower and I have to say it was amazing! beautiful aromen on beautiful fried cauliflower on a bed rice. we do not plan to go back to link pin, but I would order that cauliflower dish for take off!"

"This is my second time at this establishment. The first time our party of four had to wait around 30 minutes in order to get a table, but this day, we were ushered right in (we arrived around 9:45 am on a Saturday). We asked to be seated in Collin's section as he was great with us the last time we were there. Collin is a great addition to your team. This was my husband's first time here. He ordered the shrimp and grits. They were able to make it without adding sausage. He said was good, not great. I ordered the #1 most ordered item on the menu which is chicken and waffles. I omitted the strawberry butter and the spicy syrup. I also just ate dark meat, legs and thighs. It was all great, just like last time. I always walk out full which justifies the cost of many meals. I also ordered a OJ mimosa which was good as well. You will not be disappointed with whatever you decide to order here. Also, ask for Collin if he is working."

"Ordered a Family Pack for Curbside. While waiting in the parking lot, “Bake” came out to let me know that my order was going to be ready in 5 minutes. He then proceeded to offer me a drink while I waited. Not going to lie, it’s been a hot minute since I’ve received this level of customer service. Someone give this Man a raise."

"I enjoyed, just have a few recommendations to make it great. Beer served in warm glasses makes for warm beer, the bartender sticking her finger under the tap saying it feels cold does not help that. If steak is on the menu reach them about how steaks can be cooked. Ordered medium charred, reply was, yeah they cook it on the charcoal stuff I think. Lastly when someone orders a salad with a steak it is normal for the salad to come first then the entree plate, I hate when I have to choose between enjoying my salad or letting my steak and sides get cold. The food and service was very good, just some recommendations."
