"For Oakland restaurant week, my friends and I decided to partake on their Prefixed menu. After ordering all the courses, a last minute party of 20 people sat down on top of an extremely large take out order that was called in. I had to wait an hour after ordering for the first course, which was soup, and then no more dishes ever came to the table. Always a delicious meal at Chop Bar. We tend to eat at the bar, which is nice to interact with the staff.

I just love Chop Bar. The people are so kind and the food is just so delicious. The wine is also scrumptious! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Chop Bar team for being such a gem in our neighborhood.

Attentive staff, nice space, but it’s been a minute since I’ve eaten there. I orders small bites (wings and the Mac n Cheese) and wasn’t as good as I remembered it. My drink was really good though, I’d def go back but maybe and try something else on the menu.
