It doesn't matter what time of day we go up there, they always have everything ready to go pizza, is made when it's not in the oven, so not long a waiting salad bar clean and the soups and sauces ready to go and the dining room is always clean. You can't make much better deal if you try to feed the family without breaking the bank. I don't know about the other places, but the colony never disappointed me. The salad bar is very clean and if it is soup on point the flatbread pizzas are still amazing and it is very clean there as well as"

I love this place. Great service. The busser is very sweet. Owner/manager is the best. I alway like talking to him about business and store. He is very passionate about his work. It show through his employees. Keep up the good work.

This cicis has things right! This was the cleanest, most efficiently run fast food ish store that I have been into in a long time. They swept promptly after customers would leave, they wiped the soft drink area down. All of the tables appeared clean and the buffet was clean and the food fresh. We will return to this location!

Absolutely fantastic! This is one of the most beautiful CiCi's I have ever seen. It's very spacious and clean, and the manager maintained a professional and tidy appearance. The food was delicious, with a great selection at the salad bar and plenty of beverage options. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the buffet is such an affordable lunch choice.
