"The foods fine but the service when you have an issue terrible. I placed an order for 3 large pizzas on Monday 7/24 and paid ahead of time with my card. I called back 2 days later on Wednesday (7/26) to get the order cancelled and my card refunded. I was told it would take 2-3 business days since it 's the weekend it could be Tues till I get my money back, no big deal. I wait all the way until the following Thursday (7/31) and still no refund, at this point I go up to the location to speak with a shift lead or key holder and I 'm told that only the store manager or owner can process refunds and they won 't be back until Monday. I end up going back in Wednesday 8/9 to speak with a different...

My Brother wanted to come there for his 70th birthday.. our waiter was terrible, and the manager that we spoke to was no better.. I feel offended leaving this restaurant..

Ordered bbq chicken pizza, basically no chicken on it . The round pizza we ordered ended up throwing it away wasn't good very slimy ,the ranch dressing we got was so watered down.
