"we believed that this place was good. the restaurant was loud and crowded, tables are too close together, eating was just ok. there were many dings wrong with this experience. 1) we waited for about 10 min until someone comes to the table, waited for water/bread for another 5 min. 2) the brot was stale and they seem upset when I asked for butter 3) there is a $10 release for entrees. that's in bad taste. 4) restaurant has a policy of no substitutions for meals, again bad taste and shows that the restaurant does not care about the effects of its customers. 5) we were told that we had to order both our appetizers and our escapes, although we demanded more time. 6) the waiter was usually absen...

we at cotoletta have eaten many times and have always enjoyed it. Friday evening our experience was not the same. their air conditioning does not work efficiently so that the a few fans ran. it was hard to enjoy our meal with sweet drops our face. everyone sweated from the customers to the servers. I will wait for the case to return.

I'm totally disgusting. my man and I had a reservation tonight for dinner. we drove from new jersey. when we arrived, there was a message at the door that the restaurant was closed due to electrical problems up to 9/4. Why were we not informed? that's a shame! We had to come together with another place to have dinner, which was not easier last minute.
