I called and spoke to the employee who packaged the order and was told there was nothing they could do since it was ordered through a third party company, was told the same by someone who said he was a manager. Cracker Barrel is always predictably tasty, and always a fun atmosphere. The service tonight was very good, and the menu had a variety of new items. Great dinner.

The worst fried chicken I've ever had. Had been sitting all day then warmed up in the grease again. Soggy and soaked in the grease. Sitting for so long the bones were crumbling.

Friendly staff, not always perfect service, but they have always been great about making it right. And the food at this location seems to be better than some other Cracker Barrel stores. Maybe a better chef?
