Getting paid sometimes feels like a chore. When attempting to speak with the owner, they claim to be unavailable when they are actually present. The kitchen manager is disrespectful towards employees, speaking down to them regularly. This behavior is unacceptable for grown, professional individuals who should be demonstrating leadership and treating their employees with respect. I am sharing my experience in hopes that it will be addressed, as I am not the only one who has encountered these issues."

Chef Peter is a highly respectful individual and the staff is fantastic to collaborate with. However, I do not agree that the staff is underpaid because the restaurant is struggling and may have to close. An employee making $15 per hour will see their pay reduced to $11 per hour.
