"They normally aren’t horrible. Always very Slow but not rude or anything. But we went through the drive thru tonight and sat at the speaker for over five minutes and NOTHING. Eventually just drove off, I saw one car pulled up waiting on food but no car at the window. We are understanding, so if they would’ve came on the speaker and said one moment or whatever, that wouldn’t have bothered us so bad. But we even asked if anyone was there and nothing. The girl was looking out the window as we went by…. We went to McDonald’s for ice cream instead."

Great day to go to Dairy Queen. Got the banana split and then sat outside to enjoy. Great service with a smile.

Staff has zero knowledge of hygiene etiquette and zero listening skills! Asked for a spoon and the staff member hands it to me holding the spoon from the bowl end instead of the handle, without gloves. Asked for a small kid sized cone and was given a large.
