"Best Thai Restaurant in Maine and Top Thai Restaurant in USA. Overall, the food was good. I've been a loyal customer for 11 years and the taste never changed. I love to order kra thong zang, shrimp tom yum soup, tom kha. Pad see ew, pad kee mow, pineapple fried rice, etc. Your mango sticky rice also very good, but only available depends on the mango season. The owner is very nice and most workers here are very welcoming. Taste similar to food in Thailand. Very recommended to eat here. You have other locations, but somehow the taste a little difference and I just like the one in South Portland."

"Our initial experience at the restaurant was very negative. The hostess/waitress treated us poorly, despite the fact that we have two service dogs. When we asked for a table, we were only offered tables that were pushed together for a large party. The server seemed more concerned about a potential group of 15 people arriving later that morning than about serving us, the two paying customers in front of her. After some rearranging, the server insisted we sit at a small two-person table that was too small for us. When we moved to a larger table, the server became hostile, slammed down the menus, and threatened to get the manager. Once we spoke with the manager and were assigned a different server, our experience greatly improved. The new server was polite, efficient, and our meal became enjoyable. We left a generous tip for the excellent service."

"The restaurant has a cool atmosphere and the service was very hospitable. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered a Wagyu burger on a lettuce wrap, but it arrived charred and well-done on two pieces of romaine lettuce that were impossible to use as a wrap. The pickle chips were sweet instead of dill, which was unexpected. I opted for a side salad instead of a bun or fries for an additional $2. The total cost of my lunch was $25 plus a $5 tip, coming to $30. While the restaurant had good intentions, the execution fell short for the relatively high price of the meal."
