"Our initial experience at the restaurant was very negative. The hostess/waitress treated us poorly, despite the fact that we have two service dogs. When we asked for a table, we were only offered tables that were pushed together for a large party. The server seemed more concerned about a potential group of 15 people arriving later that morning than about serving us, the two paying customers in front of her. After some rearranging, the server insisted we sit at a small two-person table that was too small for us. When we moved to a larger table, the server became hostile, slammed down the menus, and threatened to get the manager. Once we spoke with the manager and were assigned a different server, our experience greatly improved. The new server was polite, efficient, and our meal became enjoyable. We left a generous tip for the excellent service."
