"A Valentine’s Day Disaster! My wife and I arrived for our reservation at 7:30. At 7:55 I went up to the Hostess and asked her to assign a waiter to our table. Waiter #1 promptly came over and asked us what we would like to eat for dinner. I first asked him to serve us water, bread and the wine menu. I feel open table did a terrible job for me. The Restaurant went out of business 4 month ago and because of Open Table, you wasted my evening and ruined our night. Not very professional.
