"UPDATE We came back for the third time and as usual the food was excellent, the staff was attentive and pretty much the best experience you can have at a restaurant. This time we had the funnel fries and boston cream pie. They were both good but the funnel fries were out of this world!!!!! We found this gem on a random trip to St. Joseph. It was quiet when we went but don't let that fool you. This place has a great atmosphere and amazing food. I had the Duncan and he had the Neal Peart. Both were fantastic. I loved the food and atmosphere. The dead rockers themed menu was awesome. We were just on a small 4 day trip to Iowa and it was by far the best food we had a restaurant. I had the Jim Morrison. It was a pork tenderloin sandwich. It was not the biggest tenderloin I have had but it was thick, juicy and delicious. It came on a large, toasted Brioche bun. I ordered the roasted potatoes and they were very good. My daughter had the Whitney Houston. It was a ham and Swiss cheese sandwich on two pieces of French toast. She loved it.
