Hands down the salmon panzenella salad, grilled oyster mushroom confit and beef tartare were the most delicious and memorable dishes I’ve had in a long time!

My experience at DISH Restaurant was nothing short of amazing. The menu offered a wide variety of options, and each dish I tried surpassed my expectations. I just had one of the best meals ever here. From start (Parker House rolls just this side of heaven to finish (cherry vanilla ice cream. in every dish, the flavor was extraordinary. It was done with true artistry, with fresh dill and toasted mustard seed and butternut squash with a scrumptious pecan glaze…my husband had the meat-forward tenderloin and said it was divine. (Well, he doesn’t talk that way, but that’s what he meant. It’s also a great value for the money spent. A truly memorable anniversary meal, and we thank you.
