"Donny's is amazing! Great atmosphere w a cool cycling vibe and Christian owner who you can instantly tell really just loves all people! The food they prepare here is also absolutely top notch! I would easily expect to pay $20 for the artisan sandwich I had so it's a super deal for $7-9! I will definitely visit again when m next in San Diego! Even if I'm staying somewhere else in town it is worth a bit of a drive to pop over here! The coffee is also excellent with very smooth tasting espresso shots that are pulled well!"

This place lives up to the hype. It was pretty packed when we arrived with a long line, but Donny was burning through each order with a big smile and we were up to order in a flash. The vibe there is way up, the avocado toast was unreal, and my only complaint is that I live so far away! I'll be looking for excuses to be in the neighborhood from now on.

Super friendly. We went based on reviews and were not disappointed. Very accommodating to customize sandwiches. Out friend dropped and broke a plate they were very cool about it and immediately offered to remake their sandwich for free. Mocha was tasty. Only minor quibble was that we got three strawberry smoothies and one of them was waaaay too diluted. I am 100% sure that if we had mentioned it to them they would have fixed it, but we had plenty already so didn't bother.

Quaint little cafe tucked in a little strip mall across from Glenn Abbey Memorial Park. I had the Go To breakfast sandwich and it was really, really good! The Americano I ordered was also delicious. The staff was super friendly and the place had a family vibe to it. Customers were talking to workers, some cops eating breakfast there were talking with staff it was like one big family. There's a reason this place is rated so highly. Fairly wide selection of delicious food and coffee, hospitable staff, and great vibes.
