"I could go on and on about how great Ellie?s is. My friends and I visited for the first time a couple weeks ago for my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our waiter was excellent in meeting all our needs and going above and beyond. Preston (he may be a manager, I?m not sure) was equally great! They both offered our table delicious deserts and drinks in celebration of my birthday. They were great! I highly recommend this restaurant. It is definitely a bitpricier but you get what you pay for!"

One of the most unique dining ambiances in Dallas. Beautiful natural light creating a relaxing atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed today. Plus, on this day (Sunday Brunch), there was a live jazz band performing!

This place is amazing! Wonderful happy hour! Loved loved loved it! Live music great happy hour menu! We had the Stardust Cosmos and charcuterie board. Very wonderful ambience. Come see Matthew...the bartender and Josh the host. All of the bartenders were great! Come have a lunch, dinner or happy hour!

"We came to Dallas for a game at the stadium. We love to travel and both are foodie. Alex did a phenomenal job taking care of us. Staff was super nice and attentive. The Lobster Thermidor was the very best we ever had. Everything was A+ from beginning to end. What an amazing and memorable dinner! "Abraham, I didn’t score you any less, but I wanted to alert you to an uncomfortable situation my first ever while dining at Salum. I was the first patron in the restaurant at and a very kind server recognized me and asked where I wanted to sit. I didn’t have a preference, so he suggested the middle table closest to the kitchen. I remarked that it used to be my favorite table when the kitchen was “open to the diners.” I had already been seated when another server yells from the front door, “he can’t sit there! It’s reserved!” There was nothing marking that table as reserved and the first server seemed a bit embarrassed. Second server yelled “he just called and reserved it!” I acted like it was no big deal, chose another table, but after eating, paying, and walking out, that table was still empty. I just thought that was beneath the quality service I have always received at Salum. Thanks for listening. Billy"

"My husband and I booked last minute and ended up sitting at the bar, but our service was still spectacular. Our waitress Alli was attentive, sweet and able to give amazing recommendations! Even the staff that only delivered our food/ drinks were personable and incredibly accommodating. Food is one thing but service is what keeps you coming back."
