"I frequent this location a lot and the wait time for curbside pickup is HORRIBLE. I?ve even hit ? prepare my order? before getting to the restaurant in hopes of getting my order in a timely manner with no success. I?ve waited 20 minutes for a chickenbiscuit. Totally unacceptable. I?ve had to call the restaurant twice just to get my order brought out to me or to check thestatus, due to the length of time it takes. Provided three starts because the food is normally hot still."

"This is an updated review, as it's been a while since my last visit to Olive Garden. I took my family out to eat, and we all enjoyed our meals. Our server was attentive, and the food was delicious. I usually stick to my favorite dish when I come here, but it was particularly great this time. We ordered some alcoholic drinks, but they tasted more like juice; they weren’t bad, but I couldn't really tell if there was any alcohol in them. My niece polished off her entire children’s pasta, which is quite remarkable since she's usually very picky with her food. The only negative aspect of our experience was when our waitress tried to keep the change. She said, “You mentioned you didn’t need any change, right?” Now, come on, she knows we didn’t say that. Fortunately, we tipped her well despite that incident. It just feels off when people resort to such tactics. I used to be a server, so I understand that tips are important, but I believe there are better ways to approach customers while maintaining good service. Otherwise, everything else was great!"

"I ordered the lemon pepper wings with fries on weekend before commemorative day,Saturday and the bar / restaurant was busy. This was a walk and placed order. The waitress placed my order and I asked for fresh hot pumice. The order was ready in 15 minutes. After I arrived home, I discovered that the food was cooked earlier and was put back in oil. Fries was hard, fat and crisp. The food was terrible. I called the next day on Sunday and I guess the restaurant was closed to make a complaint after spending $18.03 for a 10 PC. This is my 3 times and 2 of these visits my food was in hot fat after sitting in their kitchen and cooked again. I'll never return. I tried to maintain our black business in my neighborhood, but Dabomb was a bomb and I will never return. Shady."

"forever, until the waiter passes. The ordered drinks and appetizers had to wait instead of putting in order, he went to some other tables. Then I had to ask for cutlery and napkins. He finally brought them with me, gave me the paper napkins and went with the cutlery to another table, remembered and brought them over. Since I write this review, I wait for some salt and extra cheese for my salad that has no taste at all. 15 minutes later he comes with the salt without cheese. I put the salt on the salad and not better yet, just don't taste like a Caesar salad at all. I asked for the manager I was waiting for. 20 minutes is over and still no manager, so I wait and looked at the knife I got with the utensils and realized it was dirty on both sides. No manager, no cheese yet. Finding someone when they see the manager she says in the kitchen helps to share the meals. The food came, not a manager. The manager came about 25 minutes later. Show him the knife, told him about all the other failures, in service. Worse Restaraunt experience. Manager says he would correct the salad and send hot potatoes for my other company?s meal of salmon potatoes, he also took the dirty knives to go show his cutlery person. I ordered Steak No steak knife came with the steak. Had to call the waiter and ask for a steak knife, hot potatoes came, no steak knife, nor wait on the steak knife."

"I initially hesitated to go to Mamie's because there was a long line stretching out of the parking lot, onto the street, around the corner, and down the adjacent street. My boyfriend gave me a hard time about it, jokingly guilt-tripping me and insisting that any place with such a long line must be worth it. Eventually, due to a traffic delay caused by an accident, we ended up back at Mamie's. Instead of waiting in the drive-thru line, we got out and stood in the walk-up line. The customer service was excellent, with the counter staff being efficient, friendly, and transparent about how busy they were. Despite having multiple call-in orders, a long drive-thru line, and a queue of people waiting, they assured us that we would all be served. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long, but the staff member made sure to inform us about the potential wait. I was especially grateful when my son needed to use the restroom and the staff allowed him to do so even though the dining room was closed. I'm glad we decided to give Mamie's a try after all, and we will definitely return when we're in town again. Thank you, boyfriend, for being right! "
