"I just got a dozen donuts. Did I eat at Dunkin? Donuts, as long as I remember. I asked for three buttermilk donuts. The guy replied we didn't? When? We never did. They are? You called? Then I asked for lemon filled. Again he answered?we don?t wear them? So I'm trying to find on the menu just to see sandwiches, wraps and drinks. While I sit where I keep the long line, I try to find a menu. There is no menu online either so you need to sit there and guess what they just have to say? have they not? I came into the window and got my order, opened the box, and they had everything I ordered, plus the old fashions that were these bad, dry, who always landed in the garbage. I gave them the box back...

This is a strawberry glazed doughnut with sprinkles? I don't even want to eat this. Only giving 2 stars bc they were fast.

Great!!! I tried the Matcha-Tee-Latte, it was so good. Mine was hot. They offer this latte hot or ice cold. All in oat milk for vegans or those with lactose intolerance.. Full selection of donuts, all menu items were also available!!. always it is tricky. Make a u-turn on main rd, then through Zaxby's..

They don't know how to make their own signatures fall drinks. Staff need training. When I asked if they did not come with what the staff told me that I ordered the wrong drink, I ordered from the app that has pictures, and the sticker on my drink is exactly what they are advertising on all signs, windows, and the app. Customer service was bad.
