"Normally I get good service but it's happened a few different times now where they got the size of my drink wrong and then they won't fix it when I ask about the size I ordered l. And instead argue with me, even though I say I just want what I paid for can you at least check that I wasn't charged for the larger size. I'm giving them a one star because they're not very professional or apologetic about getting the size wrong, I understand that it happens I have worked in food service before too. I'm happy to get what I was charged for but it would at least be nice if they acknowledged that I ordered a different size. And didn't act like I was trying to scam a free drink off them. Dutch Bros service is always fast and the staff is helpful when it comes to questions you may have! Highly recommend.

Always love their friendly attitude whenever I go to Dutch Bros! I wish they had one in Pullman. My only gripe is the lines are always long.

They spend way too much time flirting with little boys than to actually make the drinks they need to do spent 20 min sitting behind one kid took yall 20 min to make him 3 drinks then handed us our 2 right away at the window grow up do your job this isn't tinder
