"Proven bags for the first time 12/2 and were really impressed! Place was packed, but they offered us places at the bar. I was on a time between music gigs and asked the bartender / server if they have us in an hour or less and she told us that they ran about forty minutes; that was right! My wife had the Sea Bass Special she loved and I had a grouper wrap with some fantastic frits. The food was great, immediately served, the staff was efficient and polite, the prices were right in the line. Couldn't ask for much more and we'll be absolutely back."

"I come here often as I live close by. Good customer service. Friendly. I love their breakfast sandwich. Egg, ham, biscuit with the spicy honey. Ever since the first time I tried it and I don't hesitate to order it if I'm getting breakfast. The biscuit just crumbles and everything melts together so yummily. Haha. The rest of their food is good..mostly had the salads. Good portion and tasty. Drinks are good, pricy but so is every other coffee shop : comfortable ambiance/seating arrangements."

"Their food is yummy, I quit buying drinks here because of the lack of consistency. But as someone who has customer service experience as a server and as a barista the employees here are friendly but need to work on being more competent. I’ve had orders made wrong more times than they are right. Just ordered a Cobb salad Togo and it’s entirely missing the sliced chicken. They need to get a better drive through speaker because they can never hear my order and the text under the item description on the menu should be upgraded to a larger, readable font. They have doubled my order before and I did not once mention needing more than one sandwich. After returning an iced matcha that had clearly been standing around for a while and was literally the worst matcha I’ve ever tasted, they didn’t offer to reimburse my drink despite it visibly being so watered down there was one tiny ice cube left floating on the top and I had only taken one sip. Very disappointed in my local coffee shop."

"As we travel through the Amish Land, we were lucky to find the Honey Bee Cafe in the heart of Sugarcreek. We had the most beautiful and tasty late breakfast. Everything was so great. We were lucky enough to wait two sons from the owners! They were perfectly gentle. The whole experience was so much fun! The coffee was also great and I highly recommend buying one of their special cups. When I use this cup in the morning, my heart goes back to the Honey Bee Cafe. Prayers for the further success of this special family."
