"We felt this was an odd visit. The food we ordered was great a little on the expensive side, but tasted good and fresh. We were greeted by, do you have a reservation? As out of towners, of course we didn 't. We were told we were in luck because they happened to have a table, right beside of the host stand. Not what we would have chosen, but we were glad to get in. We learned quickly that no one else coming had a reservation, but they got other choices for seating that we would have taken, had we know it was an option. I thought it was great!! The food was excellent and our waitress was lovely. Everything was really tasty! We had the tuna lettuce wraps, saffron oysters, the maple salmon, and the scallops (the included chowder also really flavorful) and top to bottom no lack luster dishes. No complaints at all.
