"I really really really don't like doing these but we are in such a desperate search for good sushi. I know, I know, we live in the desert, I'm not in Japan but still, we used to have some pretty decent sushi here and I have yet to find it.This place came recommended by friends, we decided to stop by on our way home from work on a Friday afternoon and take it home to enjoy. We ordered five rolls and the spicy lobster roll. Once we were ready for dinner, we unveiled the sushi. They all looked beautiful and well rolled. The unfortunate thing happened when we took our first bite, underdone rice. Yeah, nothing worse that undercooked rice. The fish all smelled fishy and that was a bit of a turnoff as well. Really sucked because I really wanted to support them. They are really nice, they gave us feee miso soup that was delicious! Perhaps go and try for yourself. Hopefully better luck!"

"My family visited this restaurant tonight, and while I was still impressed by the Broadway location, circumstances changed. After we had finished our meal and were leaving, my son accidentally left his chocolate milkshake on the table. He reacted like any 3 and a half year old would, crying loudly. Josh, one of the staff members, saw this and offered to bring us another milkshake. My son got a new milkshake, but more importantly, the care and kindness that Josh showed us speaks volumes about the type of coworkers this restaurant hires. This is the special ingredient that keeps customers coming back, and I hope that Josh is recognized by management for his friendly service. Thank you, Josh, for saving us from what could have been a very long evening!"

"I love this little place. They always seem pretty busy and they do a good business. I have to be honest though, I have a bad habit of coming here hangry. They typically do a very good job of getting me seated and served promptly. I hope they dont see meas a troublesome customer. I frequent here and the staff is awesome. They are always nice and they do their jobs well. I lovetheir food and their Iced Tea has Mint in it Mmmmmm... Tonight I had a cucumber sandwich and a cup of vegetable soup. My motheris having the small tostada which is friggin huge. I mean that's a small?!?!?! Our favorite servers so far are Jonah and Hunterbut there are a couple of bussers that really stand out as well I just wish I knew their names."

"Horrible food. Overcooked chicken tenders made with old, unsifted breading that absorbed too much water. Over fried. Literally scrapped salt off my fries and they were still extremely salty. Pancakes had a dirty burnt taste. Cooks clearly don't care about food quality or customer service.Management was around but clearly didn't care for this as she was actively back in the kitchen while individuals went into the BoH out of uniform and left with bags of food. You could hear them all playing around in the back loudly.The only good factor was Brittany who was the only one actively and consistently helping guests, cleaning, seating, and running orders. She should find employment with a place that actually wants customer service and food quality to go with her great customer service.The management that was there last night needs to go. She is the center of the poor quality that this location gives."

"Trying this place out for the first time in Tucson and i have to say i was not impressed: 1. pho: pho broth was mediocre, too sweet for authentic viet pho broth. I order the one with the combo of both meatball and beef slices #23) and there was barely any meatball in my pho. Noodle was overcooked. They are also stingy with providing the side condiments bean sprouts) and sauces. 2. Appetizer combo with spring rolls: veggies in the wrap was not fresh. Meat slices in the appetizer tasted mediocre without much seasoning3. Pricing: overpriced for the quality I did live in orange county for several years and grew up in Asia. I also have close friend's mom who made me authentic viet food from scratch so yes my taste bud is very spoiled. However, with the inflation of economy limited belly space/ money that I have to spend, i want my food to be good to max my spending power PS: I dont really recommend this place"
