"We went to this location today at 1:30. We ordered separately a breakfast and a bagel with cream cheese on the side to go. Both bagels were burnt to a crisp and inedible. There were no other customers in the shop so they actually were not rushed for any reason. They actually made a sandwich on a burnt bagel and bagged a burnt bagel. Unacceptable, seeing as they had 30 minutes to complete the task."

Arrived at 1:55 to grab a sandwich to go. The woman behind the counter yelled “I’m closing in two minutes!” Nasty attitude followed. She made her unhappiness well known.

What a disappointment. Ordered a coffee and bagel. Coffee was brewing so I sat down to wait. A few minutes later an employee yelled across the room“you can’t eat inside”. I had to ask if I could wait for my coffee. No acknowledgment there may have been a mistake.

I enjoy their food and coffee but disappointed with this particular location. No indoor seating made available. Perhaps that's due to low staff but really, none? Also, since when do I have to put half and half creamer that's shelf ready in my coffee? I asked the employee but she pointed to the little capsules on the counter.
