"It is with deep sorrow that I have to rate this place as extremely poor. The view of my beloved city of Ponce from El Vigia is spectacular but this restaurant is a shame. I give my review as a way for the owner to correct their issues immediaty so they can be successful. Access to the place is terrible. No signs, no security guard at the entrance to open the gate, ugly looking chairs and tables, poor looking menu, terrible service, untrained staff, the server gave us the bottle of wine and the cork opener for us to open the bottle ourselves, they didn’t even know we had made a reservation on Open Table, all the food we ordered was burnt, and I will stop here because I don’t want to keep det...

Need to work better on organization with the waiter’s table settings and time management. Since the start, did not have napkins, and to order was a hassle taking more time than usual. The drinks were overcharged with alcohol rather than a good blend. They should also put prices on the menu.

This place is still with many hiccups, the pros is that the place has a fantastic view, nice set up. The cons are many for starters stray dogs hanging around where is the dept. Of health, the prices are too expensive for the size of the portions, no back up plan in case of bad weather like heavy rain. Too many bees no control. trash around the flowers beds , dog feecie around the area, if you arrive early and the staff is on break the bar isn't available. All in all once the hotel opens this place will have to consider doing something else..will I recommend a friend only for drinks, my way of thinking I don't see why one has to make a reservation. All in all unless it improves will not visit...
