"REVISED: 07/07/2024 On this latest occasion the C Team must have been on duty. Twenty years dining at CACIQUE and this was by far the absolutely worst dining experience. It was a special occasion and, despite having requested a specific seating location, we were placed in the back of the restaurant by the emergency exit. Our waitress was acerbic and inattentive. The busboys never cleared plates as we finished each course.The food arrived tepid and this had NEVER happened before in all the years we've been dining here. The AC was struggling and the overhead fans did little to improve the ambient temperature. To make matters worse, the Women's Restroom has 2 stalls: one was out of order and t...

Taco shells soggy when they brought to table but no one checked on us until we were both done eating to say anything. Enchiladas are small for the price. Bare minimum alcohol in margaritas.

Aesthetically nice and appears to be a quality restaurant. But I could smell the bathroom from the dining area of the restaurant, which should have been more than enough of a reason to walk out. Against my better judgment, we sat down to eat anyway given it was getting pretty late. The food itself didn't taste off, however it did give me food poisoning for the following days. YMMV.
