"The food is ok but is not acceptable is the bad service. Cynthia shouldn't be working there because she has really bad customer service. To begin Yolanda took my order wrong. I specifically said a 10 piece mix meal. She ordered an 8 piece. She just misunderstood my order. I waited for 20 minutes or longer. And because my order was wrong Cynthia said that she had to redo my order. As it is I had waited for so long and because she had to redo my order I had to wait for another 20 minutes. All they needed to do is add 2 more piece of chicken and the bigger size of the sides. She very rude said that I had to wait because of redoing the order. Food and price was amazing. Highly recommend. We got the family meal deal and it was a lot of food. Very yummy will return. Recommend the carnitas, weird but they were good. They weren't all dry!

Visit this location if you are craving a great tasting chicken bowl! The food is always fresh and the portions are nice. The employees are upbeat and the service is fast. I also recommend them for catering any events or parties.
