"I really don’t like to go on and leave bad reviews but sometimes it is more than deserved. This is my third time trying El Pueblito once we ate inside and twice for takeout. I really wanted to like it because of all the reviews and how close it is to my house but after eating here, I wonder if the people who praise the food here even have any taste buds. Not only was the food bad eating in, the service was nothing to write home about. In all cases, the food was cold and I don’t mean room temp, I mean cold. This last time I ordered they said it would be ready in 10 minutes, which is concerning enough, but I got there in 5. Food was already packaged. This tells me that they just make a bunch...

"That was my first order. I ordered 2 of my favorites, Green Curry and Crab Rangoon. It was amazing! The Crab Rangoon was fresh with real crab meat and not just all cream cheese. I ordered my curry with pork. The pig was cooked and generously cut. The flavors were fantastic. Great portions. Very recommended. I look forward to tasting other dishes."

"Mary Anne was the MOST hospitable host I would have been looking for! I stayed in an Airbnb next to this place and spent every night emails with her and she is the definition of the southern charm! I can't go enough about her and her staff. The owner even came by to make sure that I had a great experience and could not recommend enough! She is an absolute rock star and could no longer ask for better service from her time and time! felt like visiting a friend"

"This location used to be amazing but they 've gone downhill and I have no idea why. The past 3 times I 've ordered from here my order has been wrong. The smoothie is the only thing they 've gotten right consistently, but tonight I ordered a chicken bacon ranch Flatbread with sun chips and a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap with baked lays. Both chips were wrong, I got a soggy mess of a chicken bacon ranch that was mainly tomatoes, and then another Flatbread that... I 'm not even sure what it is. I called to let them know, and their response, although bless her heart she sounded like she had no clue what she was doing, was Come in next time and let someone know you 've talked to us and we will give you two free meals. I 've written your name down. I 'm not sure why I can 't be refunded or why you can 't credit my account since I ordered through the app? Plus, not sure I 'll be getting food again from this location. You get 1 star for the smoothies still tasting good, and 1 star for the smoothies not being wrong. Other than that though, yikes!"
