"For the first course, we had the Butter Lettuce Salad. While it lacked a bit of flavor, I still enjoyed it. The second course was the Root Vegetable Melange, which I absolutely loved, especially the fresh beets. One person in our group didn't like the beets, so I happily finished theirs as well. The Pan Seared Salmon for the third course was excellent, bursting with flavor. The Peanut Butter Chocolate Bombe Cake for dessert was delightful, even for someone like me who isn't a big fan of sweets. I enjoyed it so much that I could've easily had another piece. I ordered the portabella burger without cheese or bread. It was served with Dijon mustard, chips, lettuce, and caramelized onions. The burger was flavorful, although it was a bit pricey and they were unable to provide a bun substitute.

The pulled pork burger at this restaurant is exceptional, even better than Jack Stack BBQ. Enjoying it while sitting in the modern cafe with a view of the beautiful lake and stunning architecture and art pieces is a truly delightful and memorable experience, especially during these difficult times of Covid.

I had to pay an extra $3 for the Impossible burger, bringing the total cost to $18. Unfortunately, the burger was average at best. Additionally, it had to be served on toast instead of a bun due to the non-vegan nature of the bun and most condiments were missing. Ultimately, I spent $18 for an Impossible patty on toast with just lettuce.
