"Traveling to work, needed a hotel near both locations, Bingo, Sheraton looked good. Originally booked 3 nights, could not be extended, so an additional night booked with a separate booking. Arriving Hotel, informed check-in person I had booked 2 separate bookings and both were connected and my total stay was 4 nights. Last day I returned to the room and found out that my personal belongings were removed... lasted 1 hour to find them and 2 discussions with check-in staff. All my clothes were filled in a small bag, other items that were randomly arranged in households. Article back to my room, just to find prescription drugs and eat something. Reported issue to Duty Manager, very excused, but...

I always bring friends here when they are to be visited. Then I can also use the facilities when I visit them at the hotel;P Really a super hotel. Great atmosphere and nice staff.

Nice hotel. Good location and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. I'm here for the second time and come back. The only defects are the excessive smell of breakfast staff. After standing (e.g. to get a bungalow for the remaining cover), the entire room is already covered. That's nice, but it's my personal stress.

One of the best hotels in Berlin, although originally from Berlin, had booked a room for me and my friends there and had decided to do this because it had with one of the best reviews, now I can get a good review even from experience it was actually all perfect, the rooms were nicely clean and tidy, staff was always there when you needed something, always very friendly! Hardly came out of the feathers, the breakfast table was already wonderfully covered and looked delicious. For a hotel really top!
