"It's hard to find a good burger in Europe. And I guess that expecting to find one in a small town in the former East German areas is really an overkill. I gotta give it to these guys they really did give it a...good attempt. They heated the odd looking but tasty bun, which is not something often done. In fact, they got it so hot, you couldn't pick it up for a minute or two. They also stuffed really nice garnishes in the bun. But, unfortunately, a hamburger starts (and you could argue, ends) with the patty. And this patty reminded me of McDonald's or even worse those flat frozen patties you often find at public barbecues. It was edible no question but probably thanks to the bun and garnishes...

nice place, western style and very friendly service burgers are good. the monster size was not easy to handle but we managed..

Dirt cheap, nice fries, okay burger (I only tried the veggie ones). Friendly, too, and really nice little sit down place for a quick tasty and unhealthy bite. Also you will stink of chip fat when you leave but oh so worth it. I go...quite regularly because I won't like the chip fat stink in my kitchen so if I fancy a load of grease, this is the place.

"some time ago there was still a caffe in petersdorf (2 km south of furstenwalde, 25 km south east of berlin) and now the Italian restaurant “Villa monte Christo” has found its domizil here. italian are only name and kitchen, because the operator is a gastronomic drive from the Arab space. Directions: the restaurant is conveniently located on the road from forstenwalde to bad saarow, not far from the descent Fürstenwalde-West (bab a12.) the parking space at the house is unfurnished, but is sufficiently large and at the same time serves as a parking space for the nearby village. It is only possible to get on/off to the road, which is very extended. the house: the individually standing house makes a welcoming impression. a few kitschige figures are supposed to convey Mediterranean flair. positive eye-catching are beautifully planted beds. restaurant: there are 2 dining rooms and a terrace garden and a tent in the outside area. when the house was still a caffe, the rooms were nicely brightly painted. now dominate dark, oppressive colors – perhaps matching the name, the graf of monte christo sat in the dark guy for years. otherwise, the device is modern and expedient, the deco unobtrusive. the menu: the map was visually a pretty disappointment and remembered a snack bar. the slightly worn folding card does not want to fit right to the middle to slightly raised price segment. the unfoliated, slightly crocheted sheet a4 with the very high-priced “recommendations of the chef” did not make the impression better. the offer includes the usual, quite extensive Italian offer: antipasti from 2,50 – 10,90 €uro suppen from 3,90 – 7,90 €uro salate from 3,90 – 10,50 €uro pasta from 8,50 – 13,50 €uro pizza from 8,20 – 12,50 €uro fish from 14,50 – 21,90 €uro meat from 13,50 – 32,50 €uro the chef cooking card offered at my visit mainly (690) There is also a 2-course business lunch (Monday to Friday) for 6,90 €uro. for tasty little ones are still Italian desserts as well as an egg map (3,50 – 7,50 €uro) in the offer. the eisklappkarte as such made a similarly tapped impression as the menu. the service: the service was well placed and numerous despite very well visited house. Waiting times didn't exist. I would like to rewrite the bypass with the guests with courtesy-freeze, which may be due to the fact that the service personnel were not Italian. I decided for the business lunch for 6,90 €uro. gang 1 was a large mixed salad with Ciabatta bread and a little peel with marinated oliven. gang 2 consisted of pasta (penne) with tomato sauce and mozarella balls. tasted good and was also sufficient. for the price you can't complain. Conclusion: good restaurant, even if I personally missed something the feel-good atmosphere. are definitely worth improvement."
