"We made our reservations 2 DAYS. Our friends drove out of the Pensacola area to meet us after we got out of work. We arrived about 15 minutes early and checked with the hostess to inform them of our reservation information and that we had arrived (we were completely ready to wait until our reservation time to sit). BUT Fire Stone would not honor our reservations! At first this was extremely disappointing and crazy, but it turned out to be blessings. Actually, I would have to make a fair assessment again. We stopped on a Friday night and didn't know there was a comedy concert in the city. We were told a 30-35-minute waiting period waiting for 75 minutes. Many people came in well after us and were immediately sat. Kept on the desk and were told 4 before, then 3 but many groups went in between. Sitted on the line and realized that she had appointments and schedule one for 7:15. We were sitting close to that.

Came here on a Friday night and seated within appropriate time. Staff were very nice. Food arrived after 20 minutes of ordering. Small thin crust pizza was good but wish the crust was crispier. The chicken on the sandwiches was well cooked but needed more seasoning. The shrimp and grits was very good. The grits were creamy and thick. The sauce was medium spiciness, which might not be good for everyone. But it's #2 on my list of shrimp and grits because I usually order it if it's on the menu at any restaurant. Would visit again.
