"While we appreciate restaurants and their employees doing service to the community by being open during a pandemic, we expect them to still uphold the minimum level of service and quality that the restaurant offers. I will never eat a Firehouse again. My husband waited for 20 minutes inside as the only customer while the staff fulfilled online orders. Once we got our food, I couldn’t believe what I saw.
