"I haven?t ordered from this restaurant yet but I probably will after this experience: I had a door dash order and the store didn?t have it for some reason but only the order I had, NO OTHER DOOR DASH ORDERS WERE AFFECTED, I ended up waiting 30 minutes on my customer?s order an I was kinda upset at first because it kept me from getting any other orders but it wasn?t his fault or mines. Whoever the manger was that was on duty today at 1:24 pm is the best manager ever! I don?t know his name but he handled the situation very well, while fixing the drink machine and training someone and then helping his team fix orders at the table he stayed calm the entire time an kept apologizing and GREETING...

The restaurant is still quite new, so the staff is still getting the hang of things. However, given how busy they were, the service was quicker than I expected. The Italian food is fantastic!

Most of the time it is clean and up to par......they have great subs and salads.....the best is the chili and soups and they also have Mac and cheese.....they have a pick up window for convenience to call a head or order on line or third party....go to firehouse subs and eat a sub hot it is better while it's hot.....
