"My wife said she found a waterside place to eat, little did I know it looks like the junkyard dock where they killed Hooches owner in Turner and Hooch. We were very unsure on what to do and where to sit, staff just walked by us. We sat on a small bench outside in the sun, no shade. We sat next to rusted 55 gallon drums. I took a couple of menus from inside and my wife had to go back inside to place the order. Luckily a waitress did bring us our food. With all this being said this was one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. Boudain Balls were very good and so were the shrimp. Anyone coming here I suggest taking this good food to go. Alot better the second time around. Definitely recomme...

Great local place cool little bar Good staff good food love their fried mushrooms and fried shrimp Highly recommend if you are in the know in Texas City this is one of your spots !

My mom has been going here for a while now and I finally got to try it out and I 100/10 recommend Absolutely the best little restaurant around Texas city. SOOO DELICIOUS everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back. I do have to say though if you don't prefer a cornmeal batter do ask for the flour battering, chefs kiss I wish I had taken pictures, unfortunately it looked too delicious to pause an grab my phone to do so.
