"Took forever to get the food after we ordered, burgers were burnt and we didn’t get our appetizer until we were almost finished with our meal, we had to ask for silverware after we were there for over 15 minutes. Took 25 minutes to get our food. There were not very many customers in there. There was no reason for as long as it took to get our order out to us. We were almost ready to leave when our food finally came out to our table"

really sweet closing shift employees! we went there for dessert and our waitress was quite nice, very talkative as there weren't many customers there at the time.

I travel a lot and often eat fresh. that was another great experience. I tried the new sandwich and loved it. the service was great, although I could see that they were understaffed, they treated it beautifully.

Our meal was great but I’m mostly disappointed at the fact that you’ve reduced your menu and you eliminated two selections that have been on your menus for many years. The Swiss Miss Burger and the Brawny Lad burger.
