My beef patty hot plate lacked juiciness. The fries were boiled, but the cashews were a nice touch. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5 stars.

The portion sizes were small and my food was not prepared as per my request. They were also out of fish to make fish and chips. This restaurant seems to consistently have issues. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

The restaurant was cold and the staff couldn't adjust the thermostat. I ordered the spicy fish sandwich, which was decent but messy. Our server was new but did a great job on her first day, especially with my picky parents. Overall, it was a positive experience.
