Instead of 40 minutes there were 2 hours waiting time.(driver allegedly searched 30 minutes house/street though Navi exists) This naturally made the food completely cold. I have therefore refused acceptance and asked to make it new and deliver it. So good. The replacement was then returned after 1.5 hours. The quality of the goods left to be desired. There was not even an honest view that it was a mistake from the driver or her company. Of course, I paid the sum of 27,80, and I didn't know it was unfit for eating. (Pommes and sauce cold and not edible) We couldn't eat that either. I have to say that it is really weak for such a mistake not even to get a good job at the evening or the evening.
