"Like with other sushi places it can take a minute to get one's order, but it's 100% worth it. The food is amazing and fresh and the people that work there are all super nice. I haven't been able to go in a while thanks to covid and my beings immuno-comprimised, but after I got sick they were always kind enough to ask how I was doing. If you're looking to spend your money somewhere with great food, great service, and even better people this the sushi place to go to. Don't let the fact that it's in a mall deter you, this isn't just mall sushi."

You need to wait here for your sushi, because it is fresh to order. That's good. Also tempura is fresh, hot and tasty.

Best sushi in the area. The salmon avocado rolls are easily the best I've had. I'm sad to say that I'm moving and won't be able to have it again, but if they ever have a stand alone restaurant I will support them. I wish this restaurant nothing but the best and my love of sushi grew here.

This is the Best Sushi in Sioux City. I have eaten at everyplace around and Fuji Sushi has the most consistent preparation. The Owner and staff are truly professional, polite and welcoming. I've tried a majority of there rolls as well as most appetizers and there fantastic. The owner most times will throw in extras at no charge!! I'm very happy to have Fuji Sushi in Sioux City.
