"I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing. The meat was cooked to perfection, the vegetables were fresh, and everything blended together in the most beautiful harmony. When they were named "One of the best restaurants in Germany," that was no mistake. The ambience is breathtaking, and the owner is absolutely delightful. This is one of our favorite restaurants now, and we will not only be back, but we will tell everyone we know about it! If you're thinking about eating here for the first time, you will not be disappointed."

"in the early afternoon we came to the restaurant and made our orders. After we had to wait almost an hour, one of us kindly asked the waitress when our food will come. she replied to an unfriendly way that it will come very soon. a couple. of minutes later one of us got their Greek salate, but the other two had not yet eaten her. When it finally arrived about ten minutes later, our friend with the Greek salat complained that there were only two small pieces of feta cheese in her salat and asked for more. the waitress turned mad, took her to the poor, and called that we should “destroy”. we left the restaurant angry and still hungry. after the chef came and said: “In good restaurants you can wait two hours.” never go to this restaurant when they have a choice!"

"Was there at about 17:30 with my wife, the service came after 5 minutes. I tried a wine that we liked. Then order 2 x salad with tuna and crabs and cocktail sauce. After another 10 minutes, the bottle of wine came cooler in the wine. Then after a further 5 minutes the absolutely good-tasting salad with delicious fladen bread! Can I really recommend it unconditionally! And for quality at a reasonable price."

"In Zell-Kaimt liegt dieser kleine Biergarten, direkt am Moselufer neben dem eigentlichen Restaurant. Da kaum Verkehr auf dieser Seite ist, hat man vom Biergarten aus einen ruhigen und ungestörten Blick, über die Mosel auf das ggn.überliegende Zell und die Weinberge. Das Essen ist gut und die Preise moderat. Vor allem die Rumpsteaks sind zu empfehlen."

"We ate here last night, (two adults, and two boys 14 years and 11 years). We had to wait an hour and ten mins for the starter. The staff did tell us there would be a "bit of a wait but keine problemem". There was plenty to keep us entertained. The restaurant is railway themed obviously with authentic sounding steam trains noises. Its right beside the river with lots of passing river traffic. Its good for people watching too! The staff keep you topped up with delicios local wines and Bitburger beers. When the food finally arrived it was fantastic. We fell on the food like ravenous wolves by the time the mains arrived an hour and forty five after arriving.A shared platter of salami, smoked boar, and home made haslet, salad and eggs. My wife had a lovely fresh salad in a delicious dressing which the boys kept dipping their bread into. The mains included schnitzels in a lovely sauce, peppercorn or mushroom. Two big pieces on each portion. The 14 year old had the best pick of the menu with the beef which was thick and tender with gravy to die for. The kids menu was prounounced as "pretty good" by our 11 year old. The bill was around €90, much of which was for drinks. A bottle of table water cost €4, so I would stick to the local wine at the same price. In summary I would go back in a heartbeat as long as I wasnt in a hurry."
