"I was visiting the beautiful town of Koethen for a few days of business meetings. Our first night our host suggested Caruso and we went back every night after. We were greeted as if we were family and treated as special guests every evening. The...food was delicious and perfectly prepared, wine selections were paired wonderfully and the service, oh the service ... genuine, professional, gracious. Our business meetings were successful and I cannot wait to go back to seal the deal and head to Ristorante Caruso again. This town has so much history, the people are lovely, I recommend you visit for a day, dine at Caruso and enjoy this slice of history and treat yourself to exceptional food and service."

"Wir waren mit der Familie dort zum Abendessen und waren leider nicht zufrieden. Das Restaurant ist klein und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das ist aber leider das einzig Positive. Wir hatten mehrfach das Rumpsteak (teuerstes Gericht auf der Karte) bestellt. Dieses war nicht genießbar. Der Rest der Speisen war ok - durchschnittlich, aber für die Region überteuert.Ebenfalls die Gastfreundlichkeit des Wirtes ließ zu Wünschen übrig - selten wurden wir so schroff bedient. Wir können das Restaurant nicht empfehlen."
