"We went to ECHO the first time on The young lady that waited on us was great. My prime rib meal was okay but not great by a long shot, my wife had shell in her crab cake BLT. There was a horrible fly problem, the server apologized and said we are trying to get rid of them. We had a reservation on our anniversary, food was a little better but should be better for what you pay for food. The fly problem was just as bad and when we said something to the server was not pleasant and said it's because they are a waterfront restaurant. Not impressed with him!!! We believe in giving restaurants a second chance, both times ECHO fell short. We frequent waterfront restaurants whenever possible, many with outside dining similar to ECHO and have never had a fly problem"

"My mother and I wanted to go to an Italian restaurant while on vacation, but we needed one that would be pet friendly, and it was the best choice! They took care of our baby Leo so well, and made sure he always had fresh cold water! The pasta was amazing, and they not only made sure we had a great dinner but also offered us to have refreshing water with lemon to go and even gave us an amazing dessert, which was unexpected and very sweet (I wish I got the name, but the girl who was helping us had long blonde hair in a pony tail; also, very beautiful one! ! Also, if you choose to seat outside, you definitely do not have to worry about it being hot, as they have fans everywhere, and it is also a gorgeous place overall. We are definitely coming back there when we go to St. Simons Island again!"

"The first time here for my wife and me. An excellent meal all around. The food, service, seating and I prepared great tasting food very well. We sat near the window overlooking the marina. The duck rolls for appetizer with a well prepared drink was perfect. Salad very fresh with great dressing, dinner Paella and supposedly scallops and shrimp excellent, desert cake perfect and coffee okay. The wine was very good with a beautiful cast. We enjoyed our time very much, especially our super friendly and experienced server Laney. Thank you."

"platz was not crowded. came with the man. A year ago it was the same. Veggies/Cocktails were good, but who can say now. sa directly in front of the hostage. the chair host pulled out because salat cheese literally everything in it I had guessed he didn't notice. (so I sat in another chair. saw several server running around. they didn't seem to be served short, but in those days that know. restaurant had several empty tables. there was about 15 minutes completely unnoticed. a few who came after us sat behind the hostage standing in. So we're up and down. I tried four days later from myself. I sat on the right side of the host stand in. I waited for about six minutes completely unnoticed, so I got up and left again. I work in the servier industry. but this is unacceptable. I don't know what's different, but I know I'm not back and I'm not recommending"

"We dined for the first time last night (Valentines Day and we were BEYOND impressed. We started with the lamb and chicken homemade empanadas. Light, delicate, flavorful and delicious! Also the provalato (sp? was excellent. My better half had the rack of lamb and I had the filet. My steak was cooked to perfection (mid-rare and her lamb was simply seasoned with rosemary, salt and pepper. Simple food is always the best and Del Sur gets it! The final vote came from our 8 year old who had the chicken Marsala. He RAVED about it. We loved the intimate atmosphere with the open kitchen concept and the entire staff was warm and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our evening so special, we will be back!!"
