"I absolutely love this coffee shop, the staff are always smiling, even though they are always wearing a mask, it is their eyes that let me know that they are smiling. Maybe one day I will be able to see the faces of these smart women. Once the pandemic has been destroyed, and life returns to a new normal that is. The selection of drinks is far better than Starbucks, I like the snickers 24 ounce blended the best. I wish we had a Gravity Coffee in Kamloops, BC, Canada because I would spend my money on their products rather than at Starbucks."

I loved the strawberry and banana smoothie and my daughter really liked her caramel mocha! We will definitely be coming back. Thank You!

I was charged for an extra tip. I checked my bank account the day after I went to get 1 coffee, and the worker had added a $5 tip. I specifically remember leaving a .50 cent tip and wrote $6.95 as my total. It’s more of a hassle to go to my bank for $5, but I called the location and left a message. I still haven’t heard back from a manager, but giving it another day. I don’t know if they assumed I wouldn’t notice or what.

this coffee at this place is consistently amazing. they take their time (but not too much) to make them qualitatiw high quality coffee. I have never burned coffee here; it tastes definitiw as if they clean their machines properly and regularly! both hot and cold drinks are good. the ladies here work are all really sweet, friendly and have incredible memory! they will pay more here, but as usual they will get what they pay. thanks!
