"I’m actually very sad to have to write this review but we are very disappointed. We’ve been enjoying Fratelli’s for several years now but during our latest visit, we had been double charged on our credit card. Long story short, my husband and I were very disappointed in how the owner handled this issue. He never apologized and we finally had to call our credit card company to dispute the charge. If we decide to return, we will bring cash. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5"

"Living in the environment for about 6 years. I never knew about this place until about 3 years ago, before they were after grayson. this is the only American style chinese we go in the opposite. if we want authentic, we go towards pleasant hills"

"Not sure where to begin with how horrible the service is at this restaurant. It took more than 10 minutes for anyone to greet us when we arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently as we were the first to arrive at opening. We were finally seated. Two other families came after us, but unlike us, were seated promptly. Then the server came out and attended to the other tables before us. I waited for the server to finish taking the orders at the other tables before raising my hand to get her attention. When she proceeded to come to our table finally, the manager/ host whomever, walked over to her angrily and told her to attend to the people that were just coming in. We then realized that we were purposely unattended to and I guess we didn’t look like the other families so we were not worthy of being served. What a terrible establishment. My daughter talks about the terrible experience often. I feel so horrible that an innocent child had to experience being treated like she wasn’t as important as everyone else. Very painful. What a disgusting and despicable person and establishment."

"We had asked at checkout at a liquor store in town where to go for breakfast. What a find! A real breakfast restaurant and not a franchise/chain. The menu...fantastic. Hubby had eggs, bacon, sourdough toast, one pancake, all cooked perfectly. He had hashbrowns instead of grits. I had a carb buster. Scrambled egg whites, turkey bacon and sourdough toast that came out with no butter (that's a good detail) with a nice side of fruit.Coffee was delicious, orange juice was perfect. The waitress even came out and apologized for the wait which was maybe and extra 5 minutes. She was attentive and checked back of course offering refills on coffee. They do a huge take out business while we were waiting to be seated which keeps the kitchen busy. Booths were nice a comfy."

"Today for the first time here. I have the fish chips, and I have to say it was EXCELLENT! So soon from New England this means a lot: the fish was well cooked and not overcooked, as is often the case with fish pears. The chips were thick cut fried, which were well seasoned. They supplied tartaric acid sauce, lemon and cocktail sauce. While I thought cocktail sauce was a bit strange for fish chips, it was really good! I even used it on my frits, which was very good. The service was fast and friendly, and the place seemed nice and clean. It is somewhat dark and small in the restaurant, but the decor is beautiful and ocean themes. A great experience."
